Last year, the online poker prohibition bill (S. 2159) was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee. We need to make sure this committee does not support this type of legislation this year. The threat is real. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) recently reiterated his intent to reintroduce similar legislation to the Senate Judiciary Committee this year.
