Skall, I did not have any cash out problems due to recent extended losing streak which appears to be ending. I mostly play at AP anyway.

However, yesterday I responded to a poster on 2+2 zoo forum who had a check for $2000 from PS bounce. This action caused him to become overdrawn and his bank closed his account even though he had a wire from PS to cover the shortfall. I recommended that he PM you. I would check 2+2. Numerous posters, mostly in zoo, are still reporting difficulties with cash outs by both echeck and paper check. Most report that PS has limited cash outs by paper check to $1,000.00, cash out requests are taking a long time to process and I have yet to read about a successful echeck cash out. Online poker players have definitely suffered harm from the DOJ seizure.

I can understand waiting until the higher officials at DOJ decide what to do about this matter. It sounds like at least all our emails and PPA contacts got their attention.

    Thanks, JP.

I can tell you that being banned from 2+2 for expressing my opinion means that not only can I not post, I can also not access my account to read any PMs. If there are folks contacting you who have had checks bounce, can you please refer them to this site if they are expressing interest in taking legal action? The PPA wants to hear their specific stories. It could be very beneficial to our plan of action.

    Thanks

Skall, a thread in the zoo concerns an OP who had his bank account closed due to a large overdraft caused by a PS check bouncing. Since your ban ends tomorrow, I would check your PM's then. In the meantime, I will post that OP or anyone similar should PM me so that I can direct them to you.

Thanks for your help JP, I truly appreciate it my friend.

And you of all folks know just how important this litigation (should it commence) will be for the future of online poker.

Skall, IMO it is inevitable. I hope that it can be waged in any circuit other than the 2nd because the 2nd was where the Jay Cohen case was litigated. However, no matter where it is litigate because you are leading the efforts of the PPA, online poker players could not better be represented.
