HR 5767 has gained two new cosponsors: Rep. Neil Abercrombie, D-Hawaii and Rep. Stephen Lynch, D-Mass. Both remain A rated.

Rep. Donna Edwards, D-Md., took office yesterday after winning Tuesday's special election to complete the term of former Rep. Albert Wynn, D-Md.
Rep. Wynn was A rated. He resigned after losing the Democratic primary. I'll initiate Rep. Edwards with a rating of "?".

Here's the new Leach list. The Leach List is comprised of congressmen who are opposed to our rights who are also on the Cook Political Report's "2008 COMPETITIVE HOUSE RACE CHART" (July 3, 2008, in this case). I've added 13 congressmen to the prior list (for a total of 26). Some were already known to oppose us and were just added to Cook. Others were already on Cook, but voted no on the King Amendment to HR 5767.
