Today, PPA members and poker supporters from around the country will be gathering in the nation’s capital to tell Congress to license and regulate online poker. With the backdrop of the recent DOJ actions, this day of poker activism has ever greater importance, as well as the attention of our members of Congress. The PPA urges you to add your voice to this momentous occasion through our Take Action page. Even though you may have taken action previously, we ask you to take the time to do so again. Your actions today are important for the following reasons:
- They send a clear message to our elected leaders that we as poker players are serious about licensing and regulating online poker in the US.
- They show members of Congress that there are many others who feel to the same way as the PPA members with whom they are meeting.
- They help show support to your fellow PPA members who are participating in the DC Fly-in.
