I tried to withdraw money three weeks ago. I sent them an email asking what's up and this is the response I got (I am copying it exactly from my screen):

    Hello Brian,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

We certainly understand your frustration surrounding the issue of your
Bank Transfer withdrawal, as well as your urgency to receive your funds.

Regrettably at this time however, we are unable to provide you with an
exact date of when you can expect your withdrawal. We are in contact
with our processor and are doing everything we can to ensure that your
funds reach you as quickly as possible.

Please be assured that your funds are safe and all transactions are
being processed in the order they have been received.

The issue that has been affecting Bank Transfers has been an industry
wide issue, and there are many people working to correct this problem.
It is because of these recent delays that the Bank Transfer withdrawal
option is *temporarily* suspended. We understand the importance of
providing our players with a steady and reliable withdrawal source and
we are making progress to ensure we can provide such accommodations to
    our valued players.

Full Tilt Poker remains committed to serving our American players and
understands that recent online gaming developments, as well as choices
made by certain payment processors have been a major inconvenience.

It is logical that ePassporte's decision to halt all service to the
online gaming community has added to the current demand for Bank
Transfer services, and although this payment method remains in it's
testing phase, we are confident that the entire payment system can be
    streamlined moving forward.

Again, we're sorry we can't offer you any further information regarding
this issue at this time. Please take comfort in knowing there are many
people working right now to correct this problem and we hope to have the
issue resolved as soon as possible.

Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation, Brian.

    Kind regards,

    Erin

  2. It has been FOREVER since I played on Full Tilt. I make withdrawals regularly from Poker Stars and usually have a check within a week. The Stars doesn't even offer the transfer option to US players who are withdrawing more than their original deposit amount, so a lot of players are already inconvenienced there. I would assume Full Tilt has a paper check option, no? If they do, why not have them send you a check? Or are you screwed no that the transaction is in process maybe? Hell, I probably haven't been much help.

There has been quite a discussion concerning this issue over at 2+2:

I believe FTP has already started bank transfers again, the temporary suspension was temporary, but they are still taking far longer than they used to (about a month now to see your money, it used to be a week).

Late addition: OOPS - I havent followed closely lately (cause I havent won enough to withdraw in about 2 months ;( ) seems they suspended 'em, got a little caught up, then fell behind again and suspended again .... Stars had the same issue, but seems to have handled it better.

I had the same problem. I cashed high in a 10+1 KO (took second) and decided to make a minimum withdrawal. I was shocked at how long it took them to get me the money a month and a half was total time after they had processed my withdrawal request. I emailed them quite a few times and got the same email you received the first time. After that they would claim that my money would be there in X amount of days. This happened three times, an email from FTP staff saying they were pushing back my actually receiving the money. I complained numerous times we are not talking about a large sum of money. I posted earlier about some of my experiences at FTP and I can honestly say something is wrong over there. They did give me a 300 dollar unlock bonus but only gave me 21 days to unlock the money fortunately I did unlock some of it before it expired but the staff there is horrible about returning emails, resolving problems period.

Fulltilt has added a new cashout method. Moneygram, I suppose all the complaints of extreme delays and bouncing checks have started having an effect. My account went from no way to cash out to 3 methods in about 24 hours. Will see.....
