Can we get any help from PPA getting Ewalletxpress/DOJ to release funds owed to US players? If Ewalletxpress was doing wrong they should be fined, and Im glad they are charging outrageous rates for there service. But how can the DOJ keep that money. It is not theirs and it was never Ewalletxpress money. Even in their terms of conditions it says they will release these monies. Lastly can we sue Ewalletxpress?

There is not a lot the PPA can do in this situation, sorry. But I do expect that players will get their money back eventually.

There is really very little to distinguish this action by the DOJ from their action against neteller of a few years ago. In the neteller case the players did get their money back, it just took about a year for the DOJ to get to that point.

There is a big legal difference between seizure of funds and forfeiture of funds. So far player funds have merely been seized. In the surprising event that the DOJ makes an effort to forfeit player funds (take them forever), the PPA would act at that point and would sue.

So after 5 months I still cant get my money back from EwalletXpress, but looks like DOJ will allow players to get there money back from recent indictments of Pokerstars, etc.. I guess the PPA picks and chooses who they help. Can players that lost money on EwalletXpress get some help? Seems that based on recent events that EwalletXpress wasn't breaking the law like PokerStars other sites were.
