I recently paid for a premium membership a few days ago and haven't received any type of response. I havent received a package for my premium membership. I also tried to call the toll free number to talk to a person and just kept getting voice mail. Is everyone out for a vacation, short staffed or what?

Good luck. I paid back in July and am still waiting for my membership to be upgraded to premium. Although, at this point, I'm ready to give up on the ppa in general.

Update: I received the premium package in the mail today finally. Although I noticed my profile on the ppa's site still lists me as a free member (which is what I've been judging my status by this whole time).
Anyway, a public thank you to Skallagrim for being the middle man in getting at least my premium package mailed to me if not my website status changed.

I just got mine too ;).
The guys in DC have been working overtime these past few weeks and we apologize for the delays in getting this stuff out.
Hopefully the website stuff will get straightened out soon too.

apparently the website is still not fixed, I could not login to the main site and had to register here at the forums even though I RENEWED my premium membership, not enrolled for the first time.
