   a brief explanation, i have played on stars for a few years, always losing, i have put in over $6000 in the last 5 months, finally i have a winning session and they do some investigation and say that my Ex-wife has account issues. so they freeze my account and want me to contact her. know her and i dont talk and if i tried to contact saying i need help she'd just laugh and tell me to go to hell. i was all for legalizing online poker and supporting it, but it seems that i dont have any rights with an over-seas organization and they can steal my money and there isnt a thing i can do about it.

   I think you would be better off posting this on 2+2. PokerStars has Reps there and you might get some help that way. Try the internet poker forum.

   They are real low-life scumbags...convenient they didn't bother to scan for issues with your ex until you wanted some of your money back.

   You can email gaming@im.gov, which is the Isle of Man who holds there license. As this supposed regulator is well aware that children have easy access to the site but refuses to do anything about it I don't like your chances, but it's worth a shot.
