   I just wanted to wish everyone HAPPY HOLIDAYS.....and also comment on how there might be 'light at the end of the tunnel' since the UIGEA deadline has been pushed back. Maybe we will be able to get it changed soon.
   A year ago I stated that our friends on Capitol Hill would have to wait to start this fight until after the incoming administration dealt with the economic situation. Now one year later Health Care (wether you like the bill or not) has all of their attention and focus, so I guess we have to wait until this is resolved one way or the other before a 'full court press' can be applied on Congress.

   I have an idea, let's attach our bill to the Health Care Reform Act, so if it passes we get our legislation. Oh I guess that wouldn't be fair, just and moral........lol

   I wish we could attach it but all we can do is put up the good fight! Do what we can as individuals and continue to let our local legislators know how we feel. I will say that our organization is no stranger to capitol hill. I was in DC this summer with many of our other state directors, poker pros, and the PPA's national leaders. They certainly know who we are and what we are doing ;). Also happy holidays to you as well. We'll get the UIGEA clarified it's just a matter of time.
