   I have signed up and paid for the poker caculator and I have not received my activation key for the caculator. Is this a gimmick??? I have e-mailed every e-mail address I can find to get a responce and I have got nothing in return - I am about to start sending e-mails to everyone (including senators) telling them what a sham this tool is!!!

   Well, I also bought and paid for the Key Code last weekend and have yet to receive it. I sent a message from the site yesterday which included a copy of my receipt and have received no response. What's If we want to be taken seriously then it behooves us to respond professionally. 4 days to send a key code is not too professional imho. Can't the process be automated?

   Thanks Rich...well the charge has now been on my cc for a week and still no key code. I appreciate your response. I really wonder what system is being used - and why an e-mail with the code can't be automatically generated.
