I HAVE MADE A LOT OF MONEY PLAYING IN TABLE POKER GAMES THERE IS A LOT OF SKILL INVOLVED.BUT AS FAR AS TOURNAMENTS,SKILL ONLY GOES SO FAR,TILL THE ANNIES GO UP.THEN ITS JUST A MATTER OF LUCK.YOU CAN THROW ALL YOUR POKER SKILLS OUT THE DOOR.IF THE POKER GODS ARE WITH YOU YOU MIGHT END UP WINNING A TOURNAMENT.

Arguing for or against your point would seem to be discussing poker strategy, which is not what this board is for. So let me merely suggest that proper etiquette on the board here would be to learn the proper use of your shift key. :)

  3. And not to be a grammar guy, but it's "ante" not "annie".

So, why then, are there so many professional tournament players? hmm.

I play 3 to 4 live tournaments a week if it was all luck we would all go in preflop like on Ultimate Bet sure you take a bad beat flop a set and a guy rivers a higher set catching a 2 outer but that is just bad odds not bad skills.
