Hey fellow WA poker players. If Menendez's bill is passed, each state has 90 days to opt of the legislation. Let's start working on our representatives now to make sure WA does not opt out and gets rid of that ridiculous felony charge for playing poker online. I would say the best angle is to remind them the state will get a portion of the taxes collected from the poker sites on our deposits.
