Everyone talks about how "Oh my god!!! People lose money!!!!" Ask yourself... of all the things we pay for a month, how is that any different? I could use a credit card and eat out all the time. I could drop a 10 spot and watch a movie. I could pay 50 a month for a phone...
Fact is, this world is RAN by people spending money. What the HELL gives them the right to dictate where?
So to conclude its legal for someone to pay 2 dollars for a 1.08 dollar soda... but NOT okay to lose money playing a game?
Guess what, 10% of AMERICA gets their money from the hard work of many others... 90& the GDP of America to be honest. Why the hell is poker singled out? Shouldn't every job out there in which the owner of the corperation or buisness makes the bulk of the money from the hard work of their employees also be at fault?
Or am I mistaken and that is not what the "preditory gambling" bullshit all about?
