   Cobra Crew LLC lost their bid for an injunction. As a result, Highlands Gastropub has temporarily closed until they can resume playing Kandu. We are hoping for a favorable judgment come September 8.

   We recently joined with the Poker Players Alliance, not only as members ourselves, but also for representation of poker players to promote the great game of poker, and to stand up for poker players rights across America.

   We request that ALL poker players in ALL leagues in Kansas join the fight to legalize poker, and to throw their support to the PPA and its endeavours.
