PPA Calculator - Can't see chat

    Recently on PokerStars I've been unable to see my or other people's chat until the game is over or I exit the PPA calculator. I'm using version 2.0.0.211 BTW I've reported this issue from the tool but have not gotten any response. (Never received any response from any communication concerning the calculator).

    Same problem. I reported it three, count them, 3 times. No response!

    I changed the title of this post to something I thought was closer to the subject of your message.

    I'm sorry to hear that you have not received a message back from Branded Poker Tool's support team.

    Have you tried emailing them directly at intsupport@branded-poker-tools.com ?

    You might also try emailing them from a different email address in case your email address is being blocked in some fashion. Also, have you considered speaking with your poker room's support team?

    Big Jim, thanks for your post. I resported this problem three times via the problem reporting feature of the PPA Calculator over a several month period. I have also reported the problem to email@theppa.org three times. I have received no response from any of these sources. I just now emailed directly to branded-poker-tools. Let us see what happens.

    HI I have also tried to contact branded both way one through their website address and then their support address have had no reply. Any one having any success contacting them?

    Still no response from anybody. This is totally unacceptable. I am paying PPA a fee for the calculator. I expect PPA to make sure problems are fixed. I should not be expected to ask a half dozen times with no response. I should not have to contact your software developer directly. I have done both to no avail. I expect you to coordinate your software with the poker room if there is a conflict.

    I know this is not Big Jim Slade's job to fix anything, but I would hope that Big Jim could contact somebody who can get the problem addressed.

    Lester - I'd like to help you if I could. I'm not saying I'm incompetent if I don't help you, I'm just saying I have no direct knowledge or experience that is relevant.

    My guess is that this forum is a peer support forum. By that I mean that I think the purpose of this forum is not to facilitate PPA organization to member communications, but to have users help other users. Of course I don't know for sure, I'm not sure I've ever heard the purpose of the forums, but my explanation makes sense to me.

    As for me, I'm jut a po' ole user like you. Nothing special. I've been told I have a keen eye for spotting spam, so a bit was set somewhere and I gained the title of "moderator." All I can do is delete spammy messages.

    I've never used, or even seen the calculator. After your first message I did some research of some sort and found the support page on the PPA's web site. I used Google. From there I forwarded you the email address you saw above.

    I'm sorry I have not helped you. But I responded to your message that mentioned my name. I offered you an explanation as to why I cannot help you. Other than looking on the PPA website for information I do not currently have, I do not have access to any contact information for anyone who can help you.

    I hope you are able to resolve your problem.
