    It's cheating to use software that's permissible on a given online poker room? I thought it was the responsibility of the business to set the rules. If players are abiding by the rules, I don't see how it's cheating. If you don't like the rules, you're always free to find an online site that doesn't allow such software. It's fairly easy to control the type of data that can be imported into tools such as Poker Tracker or HEM based on how the site deals with hand histories.
