   I want to inquire about setting up a Charity Poker Room in Michigan and if its legal.

   I see two types of charity poker games, wondering which is better or if one/both are not legal:
   1. Set up in the back of bars and bowling
   2. A stand alone Poker Room with Charity only games in its own rented building

   Maybe things I need to know, that might not be obvious.

   A refferal to a lawyer in Michigan that handles Poker/Charity issues, that I could speak with on the topic.

   I'm currently trying to gather information to make a business plan. I have quite a few questions and a lot more then posted here.
