    Hi Randy,

I am sure you have plenty to do getting this site to tiptop shape, so I dont expect perfection overnight.

2 things about the new site do concern me though: 1) the site takes too long to load the revolving pictures (the stuff that comes from "farmbuilder" of something like that. Its just annoying to have to wait a minute for it to fully load before being able to click on whatever specific link I want, 2) Ultimately, I hope the forum is going to be more organized, with specific subsections - one of the great advantages of 2+2 over Pocket5s, for example, is the break up into various sections so you dont have to scroll over dozens of topics/pots before getting to the one you want.

I also hope that at some point we will have the old forums transferred over. If this is not part of the long term plan, you need to let us know so we can start transferring posts (copy/paste) from the old to the new ourselves.

    Thanks for your work,

    Skallagrim

    Skall,

They won't be able to transfer the old forums, unfortunately. They will keep the old ones up for viewing. You'll be able to quote from them and post links to them to continue old threads. And, I imagine Randy can probably help you with a blog, by which you could cut-and-paste entire threads to the new site.
