I've heard some rumors about legislation to be introduced - changing the charitable poker rules. How do I find out more information, or see the legislation?

Have you looked at the charitable gaming division's website?
Sure will be interesting when someone from that division figures out that all these poker places that are opening all over the state are running NL cash games ... either they'll have to start allowing it, or all these places are gonna fold faster than the banks are imploding right now.

There are a lot of changes in the works - they are not posted on the charitable gaming web site though. The best way to find out about them is to contact cg directly - by phone or e-mail. They're friendly and helpful folks - you should be able to find out a bunch of interesting things!

Actually, it is allowed in the state's charitable gaming rules & regulations to run nl cash games. They are allowed to deal omaha, 7-card stud, blackjack, roulette & have a big wheel along with the tournaments. With special written permission from the state charitable gaming commission, they can deal other games too.
