   I realize that he is not in the legistator obv, but the man has such popularity in the state and carries some weight. He seems like a guy that would play some poker..

   I don't think it would be a bad idea contacting him. He is a very well known and respected person in our community. I am not sure how exactly he could help us (I'm really saying I'm not sure why he would help us). If you want to contact him and see if he would be willing to help us out in some way or you have ideas on how we could approach him and what he could do for us please let me know.

   Good suggestion kidkash. If he is in fact a poker player or supporter, that could work in our favor. Like chukphx, I recommend you reach out to him or do some recon to see if he might be on our side here.
