  2. I think this is great news. Judge Lee is really pushing this and something eventually has to happen.

    I wonder what impact AZ making poker a "skill game" will have on the rest of the nation?

    If AZ passes laws making poker a skill game then could online poker servers sit right here in our state rather other nations or does something have to be signed on the federal level as well?

    I think if we are able to make it legal here and there were servers it would fall under our states constitution we govern ourselves. So I believe but don't quote me the Federal government would have nothing to do with it. There is of course the option that if on the federal level they felt we were violating the US constitution then I'm guessing under the 14th amendment they could take action(I believe that is the amendment that gave the states its constitutional powers? I only had one course on civil rights so that is my opinion and not a very professional one at that as I am not a lawyer. I also think there would have to be a "gaming commission" made and I assume that would also fall under the states power. I'm sure we could get a lawyer in on this and they could speculate through a more realistic lens.
