  1. I initiated a "Leach List" for the Senate. It consists of our opponents whose Senate races are rated anything but "solid" by the Cook Political Report, which is the same methodology I used for the House Leach List.

There are fourteen Senate seats on the Cook Political Report's Senate race listing who are rated lower than "solid" twelve Republicans and two Democrats. Of those twelve, five oppose our right to play. They are:

    1. Dole, Elizabeth [R-NC], F rated. Seat is "leaning Republican". Signed Kyl's UIGEA comment to Treasury and the Fed opposing us.
    2. Smith, Gordon H. [R-OR], F rated. Seat is "toss-up". Signed Kyl's UIGEA comment to Treasury and the Fed opposing us.
    3. Wicker, Roger [R-MS], F rated. Seat is "toss-up". Cosponsored HR 4411 and HR 4777 while in the House.
    4. Johnson, Tim [D-SD], F- rated. Seat is "likely Democrat". Sponsored anti-gaming bill S3006. Cosponsored Kyl's anti-online gaming bill S474 and S692.
