   When: Members upgrade to or join as a PPA Premium Online Membership

   Error: Payment is processed however the member status is not updated in the PPA Member Profile. Did not receive confirmation email from PPA regarding upgraded membership.

   Status: Issue has been reported and is being investigated.

   note: PPA has all payment transactions and will upgrade affected members manually if necessary.

   Update: The problem has been resolved for upgrades submitted after 07/07/08

   Affected Members are those who attempted to upgrade between 06/16 and 07/07. We are manually processing upgrades for all affected members who will receive confirmation by the end of the week.

   We appreciate your patience.
