    I have just created a premium account but my profile still states 'Free'. Will this change once my donation of $20 is verified? I look forward to helping out any way that I can to legalize online poker.

    I'm in the same dilemma. Purchased the premium membership a week ago, yet my profile still states that it's "Free".

    Same situation here. Purchased my membership about a week ago as well and still says free. My money has already been taken from my account so I figured when that happened it would change. Not yet

    Same here. I haven't received anything in the mail yet either. I am going to assume that once everything has been processed, and I receive my "Welcome" kit, etc that my membership profile will also be updated. I certainly don't want my money simply disappearing.

    Also, tried sending Poker Players Alliance an e-mail on this matter to no avail.

    How long do you think it'll take for the premium membership to be processed ?

    I feel I'm kinda in a dilemma here. On one hand, I'd like to support the Poker Players Alliance.

    But on the other hand, I cannot help but to also somewhat think that perhaps maybe if this takes too long, I may bring it to paypal's attention that I'm not getting the services I paid for.

    Unless someone has some concrete information on approximately how long should it take to have one's premium membership processed and to perhaps post it in here and I'll be patient ?

    There was an admin post on this just the other day. The PPA is aware of the problem and trying to fix it. No need to worry as all transactions are fully recorded. The memberships will be upgraded, but I cant say how long it will take.

    I also upgraded, however, my profile does say premium member. The problem I am having is changing my password. It won't let me. Am I doing something wrong? Help!
