He is up for reelection this year & is a major enemy of our cause.
He has a good chance to be beaten. I've contacted both Democrats who will be battling him, Suzanne Kosmas(D) & Clint Curtis(D), in attempt to find out their position.
Curtis lost to him in 2006 by a 58/42 margin in which Feeney took him to the woodshed with some harsh TV commercials. His stance per email(personal reply):
"I believe that adults should be able to engage in gambling as long as
safeguards are in place to protect individuals that abuse such sites."
I haven't heard back from Kosmas yet but she may be the one with the chance to win this. She has a really good reputation in Florida and has a lot of weight in the heavily Democratic Volusia County(where she is from). I would expect her to be on our side & definitely a million times better than Rep. Feeney.
