   After 5 years, I am finally going to get before a jury. My defence of a felony charge of promoting gambling as the operating manager of a not6 for profit faternal org., is simply that there are no statutes in the state of Mo, that define any "Tournament" of any kind as a gambling activity. Having run out of funds to continue paying my legal council, I would aprecaite any advice.
