  1. Apparently the state really considers poker to be a game of skill -- charity rooms are now allowed to deal any poker card game, as long as players are competing against each other, rather than against the house. I don't think even the casinos are allowed to do that currently!!!

    Also removed the cap on pay for people working the games. Now if only those people could accept tips, because the rooms aren't going to generally increase their rate of pay!
