So, is poker legal or not?
Point is, LOTS of folks love poker, and many of those folks are in law enforcement or government. At what point does the legislature decide that no, in fact it ISN'T the public policy of the State of Idaho to prohibit poker for some purposes (such as charities, home games, etc)?
