Does anyone know state law on card rooms? I am from Columbus Ohio and there is a few local card rooms to play poker at. These clubs offer a year fee to become a member and a nightly fee depending on the game. gemini players club is one such club. anyone with information on the legalities of this please let me know. I would love to go but its not worth jail time if you know what I mean. is there a loop hole or what?
