I just wanted to let all of our Arizona Members know that I am still interested in doing a meet & greet very soon. Contact me if interested. I am also interested in setting up charity tournaments if any one has some good ideas. I will be back in the south west at the end of January. I did attend the fly in to Washington DC this summer and I really feel like our organization has made progress. I spoke with many of the legislative leaders in our state or their staffers. All in all our efforts are making a positive impact on our beloved game. As many of you know the UIGEA has been delayed since our partnership with horse racing. I am looking forward to putting up the fight again this year for our state. I hope you all will continue to support us with continued membership to the PPA, signing the various petitions, and also by reaching out on your own to our local legislators in your districts. Please keep yourselves educated in what we the PPA are doing to protect your rights as poker players and help us in any way you can. If any of you have questions please let me know. I have posted my personal email address in previous posts, use it. I look forward to a strong 2010 and the clarification of the UIGEA that we so desperately need. I wish all of you a Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year and again I encourage anyone to contact me with ideas, or their vision of the PPA in our great state of Arizona. Your eyes and ears for our game and all my best.
