   Nevada is getting HELP! It is my pleasure to announce that Lupe Soto, founder of the Ladies Internation Poker series, better known as "LIPS" has volunteered to be our Director of Player Recruitment in Nevada for the PPA. Lupe organizes ladies poker tournaments all over the United States and is also the Founder of the Women iN Poker Hall of Fame and the Queens of Heart League. Lupe will be helping our efforts getting the gals more involved with our efforts to receind the UIGEA.
