The ladies in Nevada are a force in Las Vegas. As Nevadas' PPA State Director I recently participated in a tournament at the Ladies International Poker Series-LIPS Tour.com at Harrahs Poker Room in Las Vegas. Organizer, Lupe Soto introduced me and I discussed the importance of joining the PPA and supporting the efforts of getting the UIGEA reversed. As it turned out I won the first leg of the tournament in a sereis of three more events over the next three months. For all you gals out there who play poker please continue to send those letters and phone calls to your representatives. We are a powerful arm of the poker industry. MAKE YOUR VOICES HEARD!

Queens of Heart League kicks off!
Dianna Donofrio, Nevada State Director for the PPA Wins First Leg!

Dianna Donofrio visited the launch of the Queens of Heart League at Harrah's in Las Vegas to talk to the players about the importance of the Poker Player Alliance and how to be involved. She joined the league and taught us a bit about poker as well! Yes, she moved her chips around and wound up as the chip leader and for the first month, the top point leader for the league! Congratulations Dianna!
