We had our first meeting of 2009 yesterday. Invites to the meeting went out to the volunteer list, though we were not sure if they were received. Please let us know if you did not get an invite and we will make sure that you are on the list.
Old business:
1. The local group did a lot of work in helping organize the Democratic National Convention tournament and there are some lessons to be learned. We need to move forward with activity in 2009 to follow up on the success.
2. Gary is going to file the org docs for the Colorado PPA.
There will be some announcements coming soon on another charity tournament in 2009 as well as some other goals and objectives. Again, if you would like to help, please let us know by changing your PPA set up and sending us your contact info. We get those lists and we will use you in the future.
