I am sure you are aware of the Club Royale that recently shut their doors due to an agreement with the Tribe, then was raided by the Tucson Police Dept. and Az. Dept. of Gaming..
The tribe in the suit claimed that they were in violation of the RICO Act and brought that up in the lawsuit, along with the TPD and their report also states RICO..
I was hoping you could give your opinion about how much merit(if any) the ACT has with the Club Royale situation.. I have been reading the ACT and do not see how it could have any merit other than for a judge to throw it out.. I would love to hear what you say about it..
