Looking for Lawyers advice in GA ( no I dont think you all are the devil LOL- i was prelaw ages ago)

Few guys in my game assume that in extreme action, like gun fire or worse, was to happen in my non-raked ( key here is that it is a home game and non raked or paid for in any way) that I am liable for personal injury.

My argument is that for the laws sake, I am doing nothing more than having a party. ok we are gambling. This is a misto in GA. I get a $140 fine. The house is a residence and has not ever taken a rake of any kind so can not ( unless we find pissy cops) be found as an Illegal Gambling Establishment under the law.

So how far under the law, am I, as a homeowner, liable to fights, blackeyes, gunshots, robbery etc in the extreme sense? I dont think I am liable for anything- some think I could lose everything. true of course, fees could cost me, but I am asking in the true sense of the question, not fees.

I did nothing wrong except allow these people into my home. When guy 2 shoots guy 1 because he was more annoying than Phil Hellmuth, am I liable for his personal estate $ because I was host to a home game? Is it my fault he brought a gun to my house? How was I to know that? Do we have precident to this issue in GA?
